How the 1 year ( 365 days) Design Membership works:
Membership is good for exactly 1 year-365 days from the date of purchase and covers every digital design we offer on the website. This does not include any other ( physical) items we may offer now or in the future.
Add items to your cart and use your unique code at checkout, which will make your total purchase $0.00. You can use your code unlimited times. Please notify me right away of any issues as errors can happen and will be resolved.
Membership is NOT transferable to anyone for any reason- doing so will void your membership. The website will keep track of users. Each member will have their own code.
The membership does not auto-renew. Please see our group or contact me for options to renew or purchase a new membership, which will be offered at a discount. We will also offer referral credits toward the next year's renewal ( ask us about the referral program).
ALL sales are FINAL. Due to the digital nature refunds are NOT available- NO exceptions.
Please keep the email with your code in a safe place as we cannot issue a new code. Donkey Creek Designs is NOT responsible for lost/misplaced/forgotten codes and we are not responsible for loss of files due to computer crashes, etc... it is the buyer's responsibility to safekeep purchased files.
If you are known to be sharing or reselling files your membership will be VOID.
